Breeze XL Teak Outdoor Dining Chair
Shop Breeze XL Teak Collection
The Breeze XL Teak Dining Chair is part of the Breeze XL Collection, developed to provide durable seating solutions for outdoor dining environments. It is designed to pair with a range of outdoor dining tables, including the Breeze XL Dining Tables, and offers stable support without the need for cushions.
The chair is constructed from solid Indonesian teak, sourced sustainably and selected for outdoor performance. Teak is naturally resistant to moisture, cracking, and decay. The cylindrical frame components provide structural integrity and maintain consistent dimensional stability. The seat and back feature an all-weather Batyline mesh sling that resists stretching, fading, and mildew. The sling is designed for rapid drying, easy cleaning, and long-term outdoor exposure. No cushion is required due to the integrated suspension and ergonomic support provided by the sling.
The Breeze XL Teak Dining Chair is compatible with a wide range of teak, aluminum, and mixed-material dining tables. Its footprint and height allow for comfortable seating in residential patios, covered outdoor rooms, poolside dining spaces, and commercial environments. The chair’s materials support high-frequency use, making it suitable for hospitality applications. Custom outdoor covers are recommended to reduce weathering and extend the usable life of the frame and sling.
For customers selecting the Gray Teak finish, note that this finish accelerates the natural patina process, producing a silver-gray tone. Over time, natural weathering may result in changes in color, minor surface marks, and visible texture shifts. These characteristics should be expected and are not considered defects.
Clean the teak frame with mild soap and water. Do not use harsh solvents or power washing. Sand lightly if surface buildup occurs. For Gray Teak, avoid abrasive cleaning to preserve the finish.
Clean the Batyline sling with a soft brush or cloth using mild soap. Rinse thoroughly and allow the air to dry.
Covers are recommended during extended weather exposure or storage.

Body/Finish: Natural Teak
Batyline Sling
Batyline is the industry standard for outdoor sling furniture. It was developed by French industrial group Serge Ferrari, the global leader in durable materials for over 30 years. Batyline is a woven polyester fiber protected by PVC coating. The fibers are then bundled together in order to obtain an exceptionally solid substance that is permanent, resistant to stretching and immune to cracking.
Batyline does not deform or create pockets. The most important feature is its pliancy and optimal seating comfort. Batyline textiles offer excellent resistance to mold and mildew and benefit from surface treatment against UV degradation. This surface treatment also offers exceptional resistance to dirt.
All Batyline textiles are certified Oeko-Tex.

Care + Maintenance
Natural Teak
- Maintain the original quality of the teak by applying Teak Cleaner at the beginning and end of each season.
- To keep the surfaces clean from dirt, mold and mildew, periodically hose with water and Teak Cleaner, scrubbing in the directions of the grain.
- For stubborn areas, use a power washer to clean. Hold the power washer approximately 30” away from the furniture and do not exceed 1200 PSI. Rinse and then allow to sun dry.
- Exposure to moisture over time can raise the wood grain.
- A light sanding with fine 120-grit sandpaper smooths the surface.
Batyline
-
For spot cleaning: Brush off any dirt or debris with a soft bristle brush or spray off with a hose.
- For a deeper cleaning: Mix warm water with a mild soap and clean with a soft bristle brush.
- Do not use abrasive cleansers.
- Rinse with water and dry with a soft cloth.
Special Considerations
"Gray Teak" is solid teak wood finished with a solution that expedites the aging process of teak to a natural silver tone. Over time, the natural weathering of Gray Teak will cause its appearance to change in color and texture, with possible marks and cracks. By ordering Gray Teak, you accept these characteristics and agree that no claim will be approved regarding the natural aging process of teak or the special color qualities associated with the Gray Teak finish. Special care should be taken to protect this natural finish.
