A discreet 360° swivel base adds subtle movement without distracting from its calm, modern profile—making Gem as functional as it is visually grounded.
Gem is fully upholstered with deep, supportive cushioning engineered for outdoor performance. The chair features the QuickDry & Airflow system, allowing water to pass through quickly and air to circulate, ensuring faster drying and comfort across seasons. Upholstery is offered in carefully selected performance fabrics designed to withstand outdoor conditions while maintaining a refined, indoor-quality feel.
The swivel base is crafted from Grade A teak, approved under the SVLK (Indonesia’s timber legality assurance system). Naturally rich in oils, teak is exceptionally durable outdoors and develops a silver-grey patina over time. For those who prefer to maintain its warm golden tone, periodic treatment with a teak protector is recommended.
Fabric options include AirTouch and Rise, both selected for durability, colorfastness, and ease of care. Covers are removable, allowing for straightforward cleaning or future refreshes.

Gem Teak Outdoor Swivel Lounge Chair's teak is approved and forested under the SVLK – Sistem Verifikasi Legalitas Kayu (Indoneasia’s timber legality assurance system) certification system. Teak is a hardwood that is ideal for outdoor use due to its high oil content. Our teak material is grade A, meaning it is the best quality and characterised by the close grain and the warm honey golden-brown colour. The wood acquires a silver-grey patina over time. If you wish to retain the original golden-brown colour, we recommend treating teak furniture with a recommended teak protector.

Care + Maintenance
Upholstery and Inserts
Designed for outdoor use, cushions should be cleaned regularly with a soft brush and mild soapy water to remove dirt, leaves, pollen, and bird droppings. When not in use, place cushions upright to allow proper drainage and reduce the risk of mould and mildew. While the cushion core includes anti-bacterial protection, mildew may still develop if cushions are not cleaned or drained properly. Clean spills immediately with warm soapy water and allow cushions to dry upright.
Cleaning stubborn stains
For heavy soiling or stains, use a recommended stain remover (such as Vanish Oxi Action) or a pressure cleaner on a moderate setting. For best results, remove the cushion core and wash covers and inserts separately. Clean both sides of the cover. Covers are machine washable at 30°C.
Teak
To maintain teak’s natural golden tone, apply a teak sealant before use and reapply regularly, depending on climate and exposure. As a general guideline, teak surfaces should be cleaned and treated a few times per year. If the wood develops a silvery-grey or dark patina, clean with a teak cleaner, rinse thoroughly, and allow to dry completely before resealing. Light sanding may be needed for deeper patina. For routine care, clean with a damp cloth and mild soap or a gentle soap flake solution.
