The Newport Aluminum Outdoor Lounge Chair delivers relaxed coastal styling with commercial-grade durability. Designed with a sculpted barrel back, wide arms, and deep seat proportions, it offers structured comfort suited to residential projects, patio lounge chair setup, hospitality terraces, and large-scale outdoor installations. Clean lines and a rounded aluminum frame keep the profile refined and versatile.
Handcrafted from extruded aluminum, the frame is fully welded and powder coated for long-term outdoor performance. The finish is available in Asteroid, Bone or Bronze and is engineered to resist corrosion, fading, and surface wear in demanding climates. Concealed aluminum slatting provides consistent support beneath the cushions while maintaining a clean architectural look.
The modern outdoor lounge chair includes one seat cushion and one wedge back cushion. The outdoor lounge chairs with cushion features quick-dry, flow-through foam wrapped in Dacron for structured sink-in comfort and efficient drainage. The back cushion is Dacron-filled for support while maintaining shape.

Sourced from Italy, Riviera is a fully outdoor performance fabric with a knubby texture similar to luxe boucle or terry cloth. It’s made from 100% polypropylene, making it resistant to sun, moisture, sweat, mildew, and stains.
Milled in Italy. Though it looks and feels like indoor linen, its double-thickness basket-weave is made from 100% polypropylene, giving it sun, stain, and water resistance.

Care + Maintenance
Powder Coated Aluminum
- Furniture should be thoroughly cleaned often using a soft towel and mild soap.
- In coastal locations, furniture should be washed with a mild soap and rinsed frequently to remove salt deposits.
- A solution of 1:1 white distilled vinegar and water can be used to help remove water spots. Then rinse with water and dry with a soft cloth.

Metal furniture can be waxed twice a year, or as needed, to protect the finish. Furniture should always be cleaned first.
- Aluminum Touch-Up kits are available for minor surface scratches.
- Do not use any harsh solvent-based, abrasive or stainless steel cleaners.
Upholstery and Inserts
- To prevent embedded dirt stains, use a soft-bristle brush to frequently dust and remove dirt from the fabric.
For everyday stains:
- Use a mild cleaner with warm water or Fabric Cleaner and a soft-bristle brush and rinse thoroughly.
- Tip cushions on their sides with the zipper facing down and unzipped to ensure that all water drains.
- Once completely dry, apply cushion covers and follow our tips below to repel dirt and moisture.
For mold and mildew:
- Soak cushions in a 1:20 bleach-to-water solution, wash with diluted dishwashing liquid, and rinse thoroughly.
- Power wash at 1200 PSI only; higher pressure can damage fibers. Keep the washer about 30 inches away from the cushion.
- After washing, tip cushions on their sides with the zipper unzipped and facing down to let all water drain
