Anduze Outdoor Terra Cotta Planter Enamel
Anduze Outdoor Terra Cotta Planter Enamel is a French Heritage that is made from terra cotta. "Terre d’Anduze" is a small family owned and operated workshop that has been producing these classic outdoor planters by hand since 1980.
This Enamel Outdoor Round Terra Cotta Planter is originally crafted with a “flamed” glaze of green, brown, and yellow. It features heraldic shields and floral garlands with horizontal bands. It is also available in various vibrant glazes, Green Honey, Yellow, Ivory, and Blue.
Terra Cotta Pots
Some people say Terracotta, others prefer terra-cotta or terra cotta—but no matter how you choose to spell it, it all refers to the same timeless material. This earthy, reddish-brown clay has been used for centuries in art, architecture, and design, and its charm remains unmistakable regardless of the variation in spelling.
These beautiful terra cotta outdoor pots are frost-proof down to -20*F. We recommend that you lift the pots off of the ground (via pot feet, wedges, or wooden blocks) so there is at least an inch between the drainage hole and the ground for colder weather. Leave soil in the pots during the winter months, and avoid using saucers to keep the drainage holes clear.

Care
It is essential that water can drain freely from your garden container’s drainage holes. We recommend a sheet of filter screen over the drainage holes and adding 2-3 inches of crushed stone at the bottom of the container before filling with a potting soil intended for use in containers. In winter, ensure that the container is elevated an inch or more off the ground with pot feet or wedges. Use of saucers outdoors in winter is not recommended.
