Breeze Aluminum Outdoor 3 Seat Sofa
The Breeze XL Outdoor 3 Seat Sofa developed to provide a larger seating profile and increased structural stability for outdoor environments. This version is designed for spaces that require a wide-format seating option with consistent outdoor performance and low-maintenance materials. The collection focuses on practicality, simplified forms, and material durability.
The frame is constructed from extruded aluminum, selected for its strength and resistance to corrosion in outdoor conditions. The arms include solid Indonesian teak inlays that reduce heat retention and offer a stable, long-lasting surface. A superior-quality powder coating is applied to the aluminum to increase weather resistance. Concealed aluminum slatting supports the seat cushions and enables water flow-through to prevent pooling and moisture buildup.
The sofa includes three seat cushions and three box back cushions. The seat cushions use quick-dry flow-through foam with a Dacron wrap for stable support and faster drying after exposure to moisture. The back cushions are filled with Dacron to maintain shape and comfort. All included cushions are designed to resist mildew, staining, and fading. Replacement covers or custom upholstery options are available upon request.
The sofa is suited for larger patios, decks, and outdoor lounge layouts. It integrates into Breeze XL seating arrangements or functions as a standalone primary seating piece. The aluminum structure and teak accents support high-use environments including residential patios, commercial terraces, and hospitality spaces.
For care, clean the aluminum frame with mild soap and water. Teak inlays can be left to weather naturally or maintained with teak-specific sealants if color retention is desired. Cushions should be stored or covered during prolonged periods of moisture exposure. Protective covers are recommended and can be ordered by request.

Care + Maintenance
Powder Coated Aluminum
- Furniture should be thoroughly cleaned often using a soft towel and mild soap.
- In coastal locations, furniture should be washed with a mild soap and rinsed frequently to remove salt deposits.
- A solution of 1:1 white distilled vinegar and water can be used to help remove water spots. Then rinse with water and dry with a soft cloth.
- Metal furniture can be waxed twice a year, or as needed, to protect the finish. Furniture should always be cleaned first.
- Aluminum Touch-Up kits are available for minor surface scratches.
- Do not use any harsh solvent-based, abrasive or stainless steel cleaners.
Outdoor Upholstery And Inserts
- To prevent embedded dirt stains, use a soft-bristle brush to frequently dust and remove dirt from the fabric.
For everyday stains:
- Use a mild cleaner with warm water or Fabric Cleaner and a soft-bristle brush and rinse thoroughly.
- Tip cushions on their sides with the zipper facing down and unzipped to ensure that all water drains.
- Once completely dry, apply cushion covers and follow our tips below to repel dirt and moisture.
For mold and mildew:
- Soak in a 1:20 solution of bleach to water and wash with diluted dishwashing liquid and rinse thoroughly.
- A power washing with a pressure of 1200 PSI is highly effective – anything more will damage the fibers. Hold the power washer approximately 30” away from the cushion to wash away mold and mildew. • Tip cushions on their sides with the zipper facing down and unzipped to ensure that all water drains. For teak wood oil surfacing: oils released from natural teak can be removed from cushions by gently washing with Fabric Cleaner and either a power washer (1200 PSI) or a soft-bristle brush.
- To avoid oil surfacing on dining chair cushions, flip cushions up when not in use until oil surfacing subsides.
- Set-in stains and mildew may require professional cleaning.
