The Chloe Outdoor Lounge Chair is part of the Chloe collection, designed to combine modern style with functional outdoor seating. Its solid teak frame provides durability and natural resistance to weather, making it suitable for patios, gardens, and other outdoor spaces.
The frame is handcrafted using sustainably sourced Indonesian teak in our workshop. Teak is known for its resistance to weather, cracking, and rotting, ensuring long-lasting use with proper maintenance. The chair features smooth, polished surfaces with curved edges, almond-shaped armrests, and a tripod-inspired leg design for visual interest. The backrest and arms are integrated into the frame, curving gracefully around the back.
The chair includes a slatted suspension with one seat cushion and one knife-edge back cushion. Cushions are resistant to mildew, stains, and fading. The quick-dry flow-through foam in the seat cushion is wrapped in Dacron for sink-in comfort, while the back cushion is filled with Dacron for support. Velcro straps secure the seat cushion to the frame. Stitching is single exposed. Fabric options include Copacabana, Panama, Altona, Bateau, Marley, Monterey, Pebble, and Stirling.
For care, maintain the teak by applying teak cleaner at the beginning and end of each season. Periodically rinse with water and clean with a soft-bristle brush in the direction of the wood grain. For stubborn areas, a power washer at 30” distance not exceeding 1200 PSI may be used. Exposure to moisture may raise the grain, which can be smoothed with fine 120-grit sandpaper. Upholstery should be brushed regularly and cleaned with mild soap or fabric cleaner as needed. Cushions should be tipped on their sides with zippers facing down when not in use.
Custom outdoor covers are strongly recommended for additional protection against the elements and natural aging. If the furniture will remain covered and not used frequently, periodically remove covers to allow moisture and humidity to dissipate, helping prevent trapped humidity.

Materials
Teak furniture is made from 100% sustainably sourced Indonesian teak, purchased through legally harvested channels in Indonesia. Our Natural Teak finish is untreated teak, highlighting the beauty of the premium grade logs we source for our production. This swatch is indicative of the tonality of the wood when it first is unboxed, but may vary slightly due to the organic nature of the wood. As Teak lives in the sun, moisture and elements, it will naturally begin to get a silver–grey coloration which will increase in patina over time. This is part of the beauty of teak and does not sacrifice the durability or life. If the original natural color is desired, there are cleaning, sanding and oiling methods to bring it back to it’s original coloration. Weather Cover also are suggested to slow down this process and keep your furniture in it’s best condition.

Care + Maintenance
Natural Teak
-
Maintain the original quality of the teak by applying Teak Cleaner at the beginning and end of each season.
-
To keep the surfaces clean from dirt, mold and mildew, periodically hose with water and Teak Cleaner, scrubbing in the directions of the grain.
-
For stubborn areas, use a power washer to clean. Hold the power washer approximately 30” away from the furniture and do not exceed 1200 PSI. Rinse and then allow to sun dry.
-
Exposure to moisture over time can raise the wood grain.
- A light sanding with fine 120-grit sandpaper smooths the surface.
Outdoor Upholstery And Inserts
- To prevent embedded dirt stains, use a soft-bristle brush to frequently dust and remove dirt from the fabric.
For everyday stains:
- Use a mild cleaner with warm water or Fabric Cleaner and a soft-bristle brush and rinse thoroughly.
- Tip cushions on their sides with the zipper facing down and unzipped to ensure that all water drains.
- Once completely dry, apply cushion covers and follow our tips below to repel dirt and moisture.
For mold and mildew:
- Soak in a 1:20 solution of bleach to water and wash with diluted dishwashing liquid and rinse thoroughly.
- A power washing with a pressure of 1200 PSI is highly effective – anything more will damage the fibers. Hold the power washer approximately 30” away from the cushion to wash away mold and mildew. • Tip cushions on their sides with the zipper facing down and unzipped to ensure that all water drains. For teak wood oil surfacing: oils released from natural teak can be removed from cushions by gently washing with Fabric Cleaner and either a power washer (1200 PSI) or a soft-bristle brush.
- To avoid oil surfacing on dining chair cushions, flip cushions up when not in use until oil surfacing subsides.
- Set-in stains and mildew may require professional cleaning.
Special Considerations
"Gray Teak" is solid teak wood finished with a solution that expedites the aging process of teak to a natural silver tone. Over time, the natural weathering of Gray Teak will cause its appearance to change in color and texture, with possible marks and cracks. By ordering Gray Teak, you accept these characteristics and agree that no claim will be approved regarding the natural aging process of teak or the special color qualities associated with the Gray Teak finish. Special care should be taken to protect this natural finish.
