Installation, Shipping & Production Timeline
All LOW BOY fire pits are made to order. Production begins once your order is confirmed.
Because each unit is individually fabricated, sandblasted, and powder coated to your selected finish, timelines may vary depending on size, customization, and current production volume. For the most accurate and up-to-date schedule, we recommend contacting our team prior to ordering.
Shipping Method:
Ships via LTL freight (Less-Than-Truckload) with residential curbside delivery. Due to the substantial weight (175–345 lbs.), we recommend having assistance available for placement upon arrival.
As a handcrafted steel piece, slight variations in finish and color are part of the character of the product and reflect its custom fabrication process.
Return Policy and Cancellations
Every item is made to order and we do not accept cancellations or returns. If your item comes defective or damaged from shipping, we will of course rectify the situation.
