The Milano Aluminum Outdoor Lounge Chair is a sculptural, low-profile lounge chair designed for durability, comfort, and commercial performance. Defined by clean geometry, generous proportions, and thoughtful functional details, Milano works equally well in residential patios, hospitality terraces, and contract outdoor settings, delivering reliability and clean, thoughtful design.

This patio lounge chair is constructed from premium aluminum and finished in a durable powder coat, available in matte white or vibrant yellow. The aluminum frame is lightweight yet structurally sound, offering long-term resistance to corrosion and outdoor wear. Low-temperature, low-emission laser welding is used throughout the frame, producing precise welds as small as 1/8"—no grinding required—resulting in clean joints and a refined finish.

This outdoor chair features wide, flat 4" armrests, designed to comfortably hold drinks or accessories without added tables. Subtle curvature in the arms softens the silhouette while maintaining a modern, architectural presence. The back legs extend slightly beyond the chair back, allowing the piece to be placed against walls without damaging surfaces.

Milano offers multiple seating configurations. Version 1 features a replaceable reticulated outdoor wicker seat with quick-dry padding, while Version 2 offers a comfortable aluminum seat suitable for use with or without cushions. Back and seat cushions (where applicable) are upholstered in Sunbrella® fabric with quick-dry foam, ensuring resistance to fading, stains, and moisture in outdoor environments. A concealed Velcro attachment system secures the back cushion cleanly through discreet openings.

With a 350 lb weight capacity and a commercial-grade build, Milano is engineered for both residential and contract use.

 Ideal for terraces, courtyards, and hospitality projects, Milano benefits from routine cleaning and protective patio seat covers during extended periods of non-use in high-exposure locations.
