From a technical standpoint, the sofa is constructed with an extruded aluminum frame chosen for its strength, corrosion resistance, and lighter weight compared to traditional steel frames. The frame is supported by tapered aluminum legs that ensure even weight distribution and stable placement on outdoor surfaces. A premium powder-coated finish is applied to enhance protection against moisture, UV exposure, and temperature fluctuations. Sculptural aluminum backrest contours are combined with double-layer woven Olefin rope along the back and arms, providing reliable tension, structural reinforcement, and long-term outdoor durability.
Seating comfort is delivered through an all-weather bench seat cushion paired with three knife-edge back cushions. The seat cushion uses quick-dry, flow-through foam that allows water to drain efficiently, reducing drying time after exposure to rain or cleaning. A Dacron wrap supports the foam core and helps maintain consistent shape and comfort during repeated use. The back cushions are filled with Dacron fiber to provide balanced lumbar support across the full seating width.
Informationally, the Hamilton Outdoor 3 Seat Sofa functions as a standalone seating piece and does not require modular connections. It is compatible in scale and finish with other items from the Hamilton Outdoor Collection, allowing coordinated outdoor furniture layouts. Sourced from Tuvatextil’s Agora range, Panama is stocked widely across our collections and comes in five colorways.
Sourced from Italy, Riviera is a fully outdoor performance fabric with a knubby texture similar to luxe boucle or terry cloth. Despite its soft, indoor-like feel, it’s made from 100% polypropylene, making it resistant to sun, moisture, sweat, mildew, and stains. Available in a range of neutral tones, Riviera adds refined, textured elegance to cushions and sofas. It comes from the Mario Sirtori line, an Italian company known for luxury, contract-quality fabrics since 1955.
Milled in Italy, Siesta is our premium outdoor fabric that delivers true luxury. Though it looks and feels like indoor linen, its double-thickness basket-weave is made from 100% polypropylene, giving it sun, stain, and water resistance. It’s easy to clean, quick to dry, and offers a refined balance of classic and contemporary style.
Rope: Rope Light Grey
Soft to the touch but incredibly strong, our Outdoor ropes bring a tactility and warmth to the frames they adorn. Crafted from Olefin, an incredible weather resistant fiber that is more resistant to mold and faster drying than polyester, our workshop wraps and weaves each piece of furniture by hand with this rope. Used across many collections, including Hamilton, Antigua, and Avalon, our designs use the quality of the rope as an aesthetic play on linearity and form – bringing beautiful shadows and dimensions to the elegant form of the furniture.

Care + Maintenance
Powder Coated Aluminum

Furniture should be thoroughly cleaned often using a soft towel and mild soap.

In coastal locations, furniture should be washed with a mild soap and rinsed frequently to remove salt deposits.

A solution of 1:1 white distilled vinegar and water can be used to help remove water spots. Then rinse with water and dry with a soft cloth.

Metal furniture can be waxed twice a year, or as needed, to protect the finish. Furniture should always be cleaned first.

Aluminum Touch-Up kits are available for minor surface scratches.

Do not use any harsh solvent-based, abrasive or stainless steel cleaners.
Upholstery and Inserts

To prevent embedded dirt stains, use a soft-bristle brush to frequently dust and remove dirt from the fabric.
For everyday stains:

Use a mild cleaner with warm water or Fabric Cleaner and a soft-bristle brush and rinse thoroughly.

Tip cushions on their sides with the zipper facing down and unzipped to ensure that all water drains.

Once completely dry, apply cushion covers and follow our tips below to repel dirt and moisture.
For mold and mildew:

Soak cushions in a 1:20 bleach-to-water solution, wash with diluted dishwashing liquid, and rinse thoroughly.

Power wash at 1200 PSI only; higher pressure can damage fibers. Keep the washer about 30 inches away from the cushion.
- After washing, tip cushions on their sides with the zipper unzipped and facing down to let all water drain.
