The Breeze XL Teak Outdoor Lounge Chair is part of Boxhill’s signature Breeze collection, designed to provide a balance of style, comfort, and durability for outdoor living. Its low-profile design with plush cushions makes it ideal for patios, terraces, or garden lounges.
Handcrafted in our workshop from sustainably sourced solid Indonesian teak, the frame features cylindrical teak construction with a slatted suspension for optimal support. Teak is naturally resistant to weather, cracking, and rotting, ensuring long-lasting outdoor performance. The chair includes a seat cushion with quick-dry flow-through foam wrapped in Dacron, and a Dacron-filled back cushion. Both cushions resist mildew, stains, and fading. Concealed slatting allows proper airflow while maintaining structural integrity.
This lounge chair pairs seamlessly with other pieces in the Breeze XL Teak collection, including 2- and 3-seat sofas, ottomans, and coffee tables. Its design allows versatile placement in outdoor seating arrangements and enhances larger patio or terrace setups.
No assembly is required. For protection against weather and natural aging, use Boxhill custom outdoor covers. Clean teak surfaces periodically with mild soap and water. For long-term maintenance, apply teak oil or sealant as needed. Cushions can be spot-cleaned and dried thoroughly before use.

Copacabana is a 100% Olefin fabric milled in Indonesia, offering exceptional weather resistance, faster drying, and greater mold resistance than polyester. Sourced from Sunproof by Ateja, it’s made from fully recyclable, eco-friendly materials and pairs beautifully with our sustainably sourced Indonesian teak furniture.
Milled in Spain from 100% solution-dyed acrylic yarn, this fabric resists sun, moisture, mildew, and staining—making it a true workhorse for outdoor living. Its flat, consistent square weave gives it a lightweight yet substantial feel, built to handle the elements with ease. Sourced from Tuvatextil’s Agora range, Panama is stocked widely across our collections and comes in five colorways.

Care + Maintenance
Natural Teak
- Maintain the original quality of the teak by applying Teak Cleaner at the beginning and end of each season.
- To keep the surfaces clean from dirt, mold and mildew, periodically hose with water and Teak Cleaner, scrubbing in the directions of the grain.
- For stubborn areas, use a power washer to clean. Hold the power washer approximately 30” away from the furniture and do not exceed 1200 PSI. Rinse and then allow to sun dry.
- Exposure to moisture over time can raise the wood grain.
- A light sanding with fine 120-grit sandpaper smooths the surface.
Upholstery and Inserts
- To prevent embedded dirt stains, use a soft-bristle brush to frequently dust and remove dirt from the fabric.
For everyday stains:
- Use a mild cleaner with warm water or Fabric Cleaner and a soft-bristle brush and rinse thoroughly.
- Tip cushions on their sides with the zipper facing down and unzipped to ensure that all water drains.
- Once completely dry, apply cushion covers and follow our tips below to repel dirt and moisture.
For mold and mildew:
- Soak cushions in a 1:20 bleach-to-water solution, wash with diluted dishwashing liquid, and rinse thoroughly.
- Power wash at 1200 PSI only; higher pressure can damage fibers. Keep the washer about 30 inches away from the cushion.
- After washing, tip cushions on their sides with the zipper unzipped and facing down to let all water drain.
Special Considerations
"Gray Teak" is solid teak wood finished with a solution that expedites the aging process of teak to a natural silver tone. Over time, the natural weathering of Gray Teak will cause its appearance to change in color and texture, with possible marks and cracks. By ordering Gray Teak, you accept these characteristics and agree that no claim will be approved regarding the natural aging process of teak or the special color qualities associated with the Gray Teak finish. Special care should be taken to protect this natural finish.
