The Collins Aluminum Lounge Chair is a sculptural outdoor seating piece designed for relaxed comfort and architectural presence. Defined by its curved barrel-back bolster and refined aluminum frame, it delivers a balanced sit with a modern profile. The frame is constructed from high-quality extruded aluminum and finished with a premium AkzoNobel powder coat. This ensures resistance to corrosion, fading, and environmental exposure while maintaining a lightweight structure for ease of movement and repositioning.
The seating system incorporates a concealed Batyline® suspension, providing a supportive yet relaxed sit. This construction promotes airflow and allows water to drain efficiently, reducing moisture retention and enhancing comfort in outdoor conditions.
Cushions are built with quick-dry, flow-through foam wrapped in Dacron, allowing for rapid drying after exposure to rain or humidity. The curved barrel-back bolster is reinforced with an internal aluminum structure, maintaining its sculptural form while providing consistent support over time.
The chair is also available in a swivel version, offering added flexibility for dynamic lounge configurations.

Panama
Milled in Spain from 100% solution-dyed acrylic yarn, this fabric resists sun, moisture, mildew, and staining—making it a true workhorse for outdoor living.
Riviera
Sourced from Italy, Riviera is a fully outdoor performance fabric with a knubby texture similar to luxe boucle or terry cloth. It’s made from 100% polypropylene, making it resistant to sun, moisture, sweat, mildew, and stains.
Siesta
Milled in Italy. Though it looks and feels like indoor linen, its double-thickness basket-weave is made from 100% polypropylene, giving it sun, stain, and water resistance.

Care + Maintenance
Powder Coated Aluminum
- Furniture should be thoroughly cleaned often using a soft towel and mild soap.
- In coastal locations, furniture should be washed with a mild soap and rinsed frequently to remove salt deposits.
- A solution of 1:1 white distilled vinegar and water can be used to help remove water spots. Then rinse with water and dry with a soft cloth.

Metal furniture can be waxed twice a year, or as needed, to protect the finish. Furniture should always be cleaned first.
- Aluminum Touch-Up kits are available for minor surface scratches.
- Do not use any harsh solvent-based, abrasive or stainless steel cleaners.
Upholstery and Inserts
For everyday stains:
- Use a mild cleaner with warm water or Fabric Cleaner and a soft-bristle brush and rinse thoroughly.
- Tip cushions on their sides with the zipper facing down and unzipped to ensure that all water drains.
- Once completely dry, apply cushion covers and follow our tips below to repel dirt and moisture.
For mold and mildew:
- Soak cushions in a 1:20 bleach-to-water solution, wash with diluted dishwashing liquid, and rinse thoroughly.
- Power wash at 1200 PSI only; higher pressure can damage fibers. Keep the washer about 30 inches away from the cushion.
- After washing, tip cushions on their sides with the zipper unzipped and facing down to let all water drain.
