Cove Teak Stacking Sun Lounge
The Cove Teak Stacking Sun Lounge is part of the Cove collection, designed to provide durable and comfortable outdoor seating for residential patios, poolside areas, and terrace environments. The collection emphasizes functional design, modular compatibility, and long-term performance in outdoor conditions. This patio sun lounger is designed for single-person reclining use and can be stacked for efficient storage when not in use.
The frame is constructed from solid teak with a natural teak finish. Teak is selected for outdoor applications due to its density, structural strength, and naturally high oil content, which provides resistance to moisture, insects, and decay. Each teak piece displays unique grain patterns and color variations. Over time, exposure to sunlight and outdoor conditions will gradually weather the teak to a silver-grey patina. Seasonal changes in temperature and humidity may cause minor expansion or contraction of the wood, resulting in hairline cracks at joints or within the grain. These characteristics are normal for solid teak and do not affect the structural integrity of the lounge. In humid or wet environments, natural oils may rise to the surface and appear as temporary stains that gradually subside.
This outdoor sun lounger measures 31.7 inches in width, 81 inches in depth, and 16.5 inches in height, with a seat height of 16.5 inches. The total weight is approximately 75.8 lbs, providing stability while remaining manageable for repositioning. The ergonomic curved back and elevated design support comfort during extended lounging sessions. Its stackable feature allows multiple units to be stored efficiently without compromising frame integrity.
For installation, place the sun lounge on a flat, level surface to ensure stability. To maintain the teak frame, clean periodically using water and teak cleaner, scrubbing in the direction of the grain. For stubborn buildup, a power washer may be used from approximately 30 inches away, not exceeding 1200 PSI. Allow the frame to dry completely. Raised grain caused by moisture exposure can be smoothed with light sanding using 120-grit sandpaper. Regular cleaning prevents mold, mildew, and salt residue if used in coastal environments. Exterior furniture covers are recommended for protection when the lounge is not in use.

Teak
Finish: Teak
Teak furniture is made from 100% sustainably sourced Indonesian teak, purchased through legally harvested channels in Indonesia. Our Natural Teak finish is untreated teak, highlighting the beauty of the premium grade logs we source for our production. This swatch is indicative of the tonality of the wood when it first is unboxed, but may vary slightly due to the organic nature of the wood. As Teak lives in the sun, moisture and elements, it will naturally begin to get a silver–grey coloration which will increase in patina over time. This is part of the beauty of teak and does not sacrifice the durability or life. If the original natural color is desired, there are cleaning, sanding and oiling methods to bring it back to it’s original coloration. Weather Cover also are suggested to slow down this process and keep your outdoor furniture in it’s best condition.

Special Considerations
"Gray Teak" is solid teak wood finished with a solution that expedites the aging process of teak to a natural silver tone. Over time, the natural weathering of Gray Teak will cause its appearance to change in color and texture, with possible marks and cracks. By ordering Gray Teak, you accept these characteristics and agree that no claim will be approved regarding the natural aging process of teak or the special color qualities associated with the Gray Teak finish. Special care should be taken to protect this natural finish.
