Skilled craftsmen replace natural rattan cane with a scratch-resistant, powder-coated Alu-Rattan aluminum tube frame, slatted and bound with hardwearing ArtFibre polyethylene strands built to withstand regular outdoor use. Paired with the Monet Chair Exterior, the footstool completes a maintenance-free lounge set suited to both residential poolside decks and hospitality patio environments.

Warranty

Boxhill offers a limited 2-year warranty on this product. If a product is found to be defective within the warranty period and reported with supporting photos/media, Boxhill will, at its sole discretion, arrange a replacement or refund.

To submit a claim, email help@shopboxhill.com within 14 days of discovering the defect. The warranty period begins on the date of delivery.

Care + Maintenance

To keep the furniture neat, it can be washed using a soft brush, lukewarm water and mild soap. It is important to rinse thoroughly with clean water to remove any soap residue. For stubborn dirt or algae, the furniture can be cleaned using a pressure washer. To prevent buildup of dirt, we recommend cleaning the furniture annually.
