Byron Outdoor Teak Bar Stool
The Byron Outdoor Bar Stool is part of the Byron Outdoor Collection, created to deliver stable, long-lasting outdoor seating using durable materials suited for exterior environments. The stool is designed for bar-height applications in residential and commercial outdoor spaces where consistent performance and reliable construction are required.
This bar stool is built with a solid Indonesian teak frame that is handcrafted in the workshop. Teak is selected for its structural stability and natural resistance to moisture, cracking, and rot, making it a dependable choice for outdoor furniture. Brass-toned stretchers reinforce the frame and contribute to rigidity and long-term performance. The seat is constructed with Batyline mesh, an outdoor-engineered sling material that provides firm support, UV resistance, and tensile stability. Batyline is resistant to fading, stretching, and stains, ensuring reduced maintenance and continued usability.
The stool integrates visually with the full Byron Outdoor Collection, supporting cohesive outdoor layouts. Its bar height makes it suitable for outdoor bars, counters, hospitality settings, poolside bar areas, and mixed-material dining environments. The stool is available in natural teak and Gray Teak. Gray Teak undergoes an accelerated aging treatment that produces a silver tone; natural shifts in color, marks, and texture are expected as it continues to weather outdoors. These changes are inherent to the material and are not considered defects.
No assembly is required. Clean teak with mild soap and water using a soft brush. Avoid abrasive tools or pressure washers. Clean Batyline mesh with water or a mild outdoor-fabric cleaner. Use custom outdoor covers to limit UV exposure and environmental wear, especially for Gray Teak, which requires added protection to maintain uniform weathering.

Materials
Body/Finish: Indonesian Teak
Teak furniture is made from 100% sustainably sourced Indonesian teak, purchased through legally harvested channels in Indonesia. Our Natural Teak finish is untreated teak, highlighting the beauty of the premium grade logs we source for our production. This swatch is indicative of the tonality of the wood when it first is unboxed, but may vary slightly due to the organic nature of the wood. As Teak lives in the sun, moisture and elements, it will naturally begin to get a silver–grey coloration which will increase in patina over time. This is part of the beauty of teak and does not sacrifice the durability or life. If the original natural color is desired, there are cleaning, sanding and oiling methods to bring it back to it’s original coloration. Weather Cover also are suggested to slow down this process and keep your furniture in it’s best condition.
Sling: Batyline
Sourced and manufacturered in Europe by Serge Ferrari, our Batyline is top of the line and designed to last with years of use. Batyline is an incredibly strong material used in furniture with slings for airy and supportive reclining; Resistant to stretching and tearing, the polyesterfiers are covered by a PVC coating which maintains its strength but keeps it easy to clean. Available in a few colors, here the Silver color has a mix of Black and Silver fibers, adding a nice melange dimension to the sling. We pair this with our Asteroid finish quite often, but it is complimentary to all kinds of our finishes.

Care + Maintenance
Indonesian Teak
- Maintain the original quality of the teak by applying Teak Cleaner at the beginning and end of each season.
- To keep the surfaces clean from dirt, mold and mildew, periodically hose with water and Teak Cleaner, scrubbing in the directions of the grain.
- For stubborn areas, use a power washer to clean. Hold the power washer approximately 30” away from the furniture and do not exceed 1200 PSI. Rinse and then allow to sun dry.
- Exposure to moisture over time can raise the wood grain.
- A light sanding with fine 120-grit sandpaper smooths the surface.
Batyline
-
For spot cleaning: Brush off any dirt or debris with a soft bristle brush or spray off with a hose.
- For a deeper cleaning: Mix warm water with a mild soap and clean with a soft bristle brush.
- Do not use abrasive cleansers.
- Rinse with water and dry with a soft cloth.
Special Considerations
"Gray Teak" is solid teak wood finished with a solution that expedites the aging process of teak to a natural silver tone. Over time, the natural weathering of Gray Teak will cause its appearance to change in color and texture, with possible marks and cracks. By ordering Gray Teak, you accept these characteristics and agree that no claim will be approved regarding the natural aging process of teak or the special color qualities associated with the Gray Teak finish. Special care should be taken to protect this natural finish.
