The Collins Aluminum 2 Seat Sofa is a structured outdoor seating piece defined by its curved bolster back and clean architectural lines. The frame is constructed from extruded aluminum and finished with a premium AkzoNobel powder coat, engineered to withstand outdoor exposure while maintaining a clean, modern appearance. This construction provides long-term resistance to corrosion, fading, and wear, while remaining lightweight for ease of placement.
The seating system incorporates a concealed Batyline® suspension, offering a supportive foundation with a slight give. This design promotes airflow and allows water to drain efficiently, reducing moisture retention and improving overall comfort in outdoor conditions.
Cushions are built with quick-dry, flow-through foam wrapped in Dacron, allowing for rapid drying after exposure to rain or poolside use. The curved bolster backrest is reinforced with an internal aluminum structure, ensuring consistent support and maintaining its sculptural shape over time.

Milled in Spain from 100% solution-dyed acrylic yarn, this fabric resists sun, moisture, mildew, and staining—making it a true workhorse for outdoor living.
Riviera
Sourced from Italy, Riviera is a fully outdoor performance fabric with a knubby texture similar to luxe boucle or terry cloth. It’s made from 100% polypropylene, making it resistant to sun, moisture, sweat, mildew, and stains.
Siesta
Milled in Italy. Though it looks and feels like indoor linen, its double-thickness basket-weave is made from 100% polypropylene, giving it sun, stain, and water resistance.

Care + Maintenance
Powder Coated Aluminum
- Furniture should be thoroughly cleaned often using a soft towel and mild soap.
- In coastal locations, furniture should be washed with a mild soap and rinsed frequently to remove salt deposits.
- A solution of 1:1 white distilled vinegar and water can be used to help remove water spots. Then rinse with water and dry with a soft cloth.

Metal furniture can be waxed twice a year, or as needed, to protect the finish. Furniture should always be cleaned first.
- Aluminum Touch-Up kits are available for minor surface scratches.
- Do not use any harsh solvent-based, abrasive or stainless steel cleaners.
Upholstery and Inserts
For everyday stains:
- Use a mild cleaner with warm water or Fabric Cleaner and a soft-bristle brush and rinse thoroughly.
- Tip cushions on their sides with the zipper facing down and unzipped to ensure that all water drains.
- Once completely dry, apply cushion covers and follow our tips below to repel dirt and moisture.
For mold and mildew:
- Soak cushions in a 1:20 bleach-to-water solution, wash with diluted dishwashing liquid, and rinse thoroughly.
- Power wash at 1200 PSI only; higher pressure can damage fibers. Keep the washer about 30 inches away from the cushion.
- After washing, tip cushions on their sides with the zipper unzipped and facing down to let all water drain.
