Como Outdoor Curved Chaise Left Sectional Sofa
Shop Como Outdoor Collection
The Como Teak Outdoor Curved Chaise Left Sectional Sofa is designed to provide indoor-style comfort in an outdoor setting. This outdoor sectional sofa piece is part of a collection developed to translate tailored forms, structural support, and ergonomic seating into materials suited for long-term exterior exposure. The curved profile, barrel-back construction, and left-oriented chaise configuration support outdoor lounging and modular setups where stability and comfort are required.
The frame is made of solid teak in a Natural finish, a durable wood traditionally used for outdoor furniture. Each teak component includes natural grain variation, and the wood responds to climate changes by expanding or contracting. This may result in hairline cracks that do not impact structural integrity. Teak will weather naturally to a silver-gray finish when exposed outdoors. Natural oils may surface during periods of rain or high humidity and can appear temporarily as stains until the oils dissipate.
This 1 arm left patio sectional sofa features 100% solution-dyed acrylic outdoor fabric, available in Panama, Copacabana, Riviera, and Siesta. These textiles resist fading, stains, and mildew. Cushion construction includes a poly-foam core wrapped in a poly casing to reduce water absorption. Reticulated foam allows for improved drainage and faster drying after exposure to moisture.
This sectional chaise is suited for outdoor lounge areas in residential or commercial environments. The curved back supports seated comfort, and the swivel mechanism provides directional adjustment for flexible layouts. It can be paired with other Como sectional components or used as an independent seating piece. Materials are compatible with humid, coastal, and variable climates when maintained correctly.
Clean teak at the beginning and end of each season using Teak Cleaner. Hose down the frame periodically to remove dirt, mold, and mildew. For deeper cleaning, use a power washer from 30" away with pressure not exceeding 1200 PSI, then allow the wood to dry in sunlight. If the wood grain rises due to moisture, sand lightly with 120-grit sandpaper.
Brush upholstery regularly with a soft-bristle brush to remove dirt. Clean using mild soap or Fabric Cleaner and warm water, then rinse thoroughly. Dry cushions by placing them on their sides with zippers unzipped and facing downward to allow full drainage. Avoid standing water on the frame and cushions. Rinse weekly in saltwater environments. Use custom outdoor furniture covers when items are not in use, ensuring all components are clean and dry before covering.

Teak Material
Finish: Teak
- One of the highlights of natural teak is its beauty and grain. Each teak piece is unique.
- Depending on climate and exposure to elements, teak weathers to a beautiful silver-grey finish over time.
- The wood will expand and contract with changes in climate. Shrinking of the wood can result in hairline cracks in the assembly joints or the grain itself. This does not affect the structural integrity of the frame’s construction.
- The natural oils in teak may rise to the surface if exposed to rain and humidity, appearing like water stains.
- Oil content can vary between pieces, so oil surfacing may recur multiple times before it naturally subsides over a period of several months.

Fabric:
Copacabana is a 100% Olefin fabric milled in Indonesia, offering exceptional weather resistance, faster drying, and greater mold resistance than polyester. Sourced from Sunproof by Ateja, it’s made from fully recyclable, eco-friendly materials and pairs beautifully with our sustainably sourced Indonesian teak furniture.
Milled in Spain from 100% solution-dyed acrylic yarn, this fabric resists sun, moisture, mildew, and staining—making it a true workhorse for outdoor living. Its flat, consistent square weave gives it a lightweight yet substantial feel, built to handle the elements with ease. Sourced from Tuvatextil’s Agora range, Panama is stocked widely across our collections and comes in five colorways.
Sourced from Italy, Riviera is a fully outdoor performance fabric with a knubby texture similar to luxe boucle or terry cloth. Despite its soft, indoor-like feel, it’s made from 100% polypropylene, making it resistant to sun, moisture, sweat, mildew, and stains. Available in a range of neutral tones, Riviera adds refined, textured elegance to cushions and sofas. It comes from the Mario Sirtori line, an Italian company known for luxury, contract-quality fabrics since 1955.
Milled in Italy, Siesta is our premium outdoor fabric that delivers true luxury. Though it looks and feels like indoor linen, its double-thickness basket-weave is made from 100% polypropylene, giving it sun, stain, and water resistance. It’s easy to clean, quick to dry, and offers a refined balance of classic and contemporary style.

Care + Maintenance
Teak
- Maintain the original quality of the teak by applying Teak Cleaner at the beginning and end of each season.
To keep the surfaces clean from dirt, mold and mildew, periodically hose with water and Teak Cleaner, scrubbing in the directions of the grain.
- For stubborn areas, use a power washer to clean. Hold the power washer approximately 30” away from the furniture and do not exceed 1200 PSI. Rinse and then allow to sun dry.
- Exposure to moisture over time can raise the wood grain.
- A light sanding with fine 120-grit sandpaper smooths the surface.
Upholstery and Inserts
-
To prevent embedded dirt stains, use a soft-bristle brush to frequently dust and remove dirt from the fabric.
For everyday stains:
-
Use a mild cleaner with warm water or Fabric Cleaner and a soft-bristle brush and rinse thoroughly.
-
Tip cushions on their sides with the zipper facing down and unzipped to ensure that all water drains.
-
Once completely dry, apply cushion covers and follow our tips below to repel dirt and moisture.
For mold and mildew:
-
Soak cushions in a 1:20 bleach-to-water solution, wash with diluted dishwashing liquid, and rinse thoroughly.
-
Power wash at 1200 PSI only; higher pressure can damage fibers. Keep the washer about 30 inches away from the cushion.
- After washing, tip cushions on their sides with the zipper unzipped and facing down to let all water drain.
Special Considerations
"Gray Teak" is solid teak wood finished with a solution that expedites the aging process of teak to a natural silver tone. Over time, the natural weathering of Gray Teak will cause its appearance to change in color and texture, with possible marks and cracks. By ordering Gray Teak, you accept these characteristics and agree that no claim will be approved regarding the natural aging process of teak or the special color qualities associated with the Gray Teak finish. Special care should be taken to protect this natural finish.
