The Cove Luxe Bone Outdoor 3 Seat Sofa is designed for patios, terraces, poolside lounges, and covered outdoor living areas where durability, consistent comfort, and ease of maintenance are required. The sofa features curved edges and double cylindrical legs that contribute to a stable frame and uniform load distribution across the seating surface.

The frame is constructed from high-quality extruded aluminum selected for its strength, corrosion resistance, and lightweight performance. A European powder coat finish sourced from AkzoNobel is applied to protect the aluminum against rust, surface degradation, and environmental exposure. This finish supports long-term use in a variety of climates, including coastal and high-humidity locations, while remaining easy to clean and maintain. The aluminum construction allows the sofa to be repositioned when needed without compromising structural integrity.

The sofa includes upholstered seat and bolster back cushions designed for extended outdoor use. Upholstery fabric options include Panama, Copacabana, Siesta, and Riviera. All fabrics are 100% solution-dyed acrylic, engineered to resist fading, staining, and mildew. Cushion inserts are constructed with a poly-foam core wrapped in a protective poly-casing to help reduce water penetration into the foam interior. Reticulated foam construction allows water to drain efficiently, promoting faster drying after exposure to rain or moisture.

With an overall width of 96 inches and a depth of 32 inches, the sofa comfortably accommodates three seated users. The seat height of 17.7 inches aligns with standard outdoor lounge seating, while the arm height of 27.8 inches provides additional support and structure. The sofa can be used as a standalone seating solution or combined with other Cove Luxe collection pieces to create coordinated lounge configurations.

For installation, place the sofa on a flat, level surface to ensure stability. Routine maintenance includes cleaning aluminum surfaces with mild soap and water using a soft cloth. In coastal environments, frequent rinsing is recommended to remove salt buildup. Cushions should be removed and allowed to dry fully after moisture exposure. Fabric surfaces should be brushed regularly to prevent dirt accumulation and cleaned with mild detergent as needed. Avoid harsh, abrasive, or solvent-based cleaners on all materials.

Care + Maintenance

Aluminum

• Furniture should be thoroughly cleaned often using a soft towel and mild soap.
• In coastal locations, furniture should be washed with a mild soap and rinsed frequently to remove salt deposits.
• A solution of 1:1 white distilled vinegar and water can be used to help remove water spots. Then rinse with water and dry with a soft cloth.
• Metal furniture can be waxed twice a year, or as needed, to protect the finish. Furniture should always be cleaned first.
• Do not use any harsh solvent-based, abrasive or stainless steel cleaners.

Upholstery + Inserts

To prevent embedded dirt stains, use a soft-bristle brush to frequently dust and remove dirt from the fabric.

• Use a mild cleaner with warm water or Fabric Cleaner and a soft-bristle brush and rinse thoroughly.
• Tip cushions on their sides with the zipper facing down and unzipped to ensure that all water drains.

Recommendations

• Furniture should be cleaned periodically and always before storing.
• If furniture is in a saltwater environment, rinse weekly to remove all salt.
• Avoid letting water stand on the surface of furniture and cushions.
• As with all purchases, we recommend using our custom furniture covers for items when not in use; furniture cushions and covers should be clean and dry before covering.
