Noosa Footed Teak Root Outdoor Stump 1 | 15.8"

Noosa Footed Teak Root Outdoor Stump 1 | 15.8"

The Noosa Outdoor Footed Stump 1 celebrates the unrefined beauty of solid teak root through a compact, sculptural form supported by four naturally expressive legs. Handcrafted from sustainably sourced Indonesian teak, each stump is individually selected to preserve distinctive grain, root formations, tonal variation, and organic irregularities rather than conceal them. Its combination of natural material, functional surface, and one-of-a-kind character makes it especially fitting for Wabi Sabi, organic modern, and nature-led outdoor environments.

Design / Use Context

The Noosa Outdoor Footed Stump 1 is particularly suited to garden patios, poolside seating, covered or open-air terraces, resort landscapes, and hospitality lounges where natural material character can become part of the overall composition. Its compact footprint makes it useful beside individual lounge chairs, between paired seating, or as a standalone sculptural accent, while the four-legged root form creates a more expressive profile than a conventional side table. Paired with stone, concrete, neutral upholstery, and layered landscaping, the natural teak reinforces Wabi Sabi and organic modern environments that embrace irregularity, weathering, and material change. In humid or moisture-prone locations, maintaining airflow around the wood and periodically uncovering the furniture during extended periods of non-use helps prevent trapped humidity.

Care + Maintenance

Natural Teak

• Maintain the original quality of the teak by applying Teak Cleaner at the beginning and end of each season.
• To keep the surfaces clean from dirt, mold and mildew, periodically hose with water and Teak Cleaner, scrubbing in the directions of the grain.
• For stubborn areas, use a power washer to clean. Hold the power washer approximately 30” away from the furniture and do not exceed 1200 PSI. Rinse and then allow to sun dry.

• Exposure to moisture over time can raise the wood grain.
• A light sanding with fine 120-grit sandpaper smooths the surface.
