Noosa Footed Teak Root Outdoor Stump 3 | 15.8"

Noosa Footed Teak Root Outdoor Stump 3 | 15.8"

The Noosa Outdoor Footed Stump 3 transforms solid teak root into a compact sculptural accent that celebrates the irregular beauty of natural wood. Handcrafted from sustainably sourced Indonesian teak, each piece preserves distinctive grain, root formations, tonal variation, and organic details, while its footed construction creates visual separation between the substantial wood form and the ground. The combination of raw material character and functional form makes Noosa especially fitting for Wabi Sabi, organic modern, and contemporary outdoor settings.

Design / Use Context

The Noosa Outdoor Footed Stump 3 is particularly suited to intimate patios, garden seating areas, poolside lounges, resort settings, and hospitality spaces where a compact natural accent can introduce texture without occupying substantial floor space. Its smaller footprint works particularly well beside individual lounge chairs, between paired seating, or as a sculptural accent within landscaped environments. Natural teak creates a warm counterpoint to stone, concrete, metal, and neutral upholstery, while the irregularities of the root structure reinforce Wabi Sabi and organic modern schemes that embrace variation and material aging. In humid or moisture-prone settings, proper airflow and routine care help support the natural wood as it responds to its environment.

Care + Maintenance

Natural Teak

• Maintain the original quality of the teak by applying Teak Cleaner at the beginning and end of each season.
• To keep the surfaces clean from dirt, mold and mildew, periodically hose with water and Teak Cleaner, scrubbing in the directions of the grain.
• For stubborn areas, use a power washer to clean. Hold the power washer approximately 30” away from the furniture and do not exceed 1200 PSI. Rinse and then allow to sun dry.

• Exposure to moisture over time can raise the wood grain.
• A light sanding with fine 120-grit sandpaper smooths the surface.
