Pure Sphere Teak Stump Outdoor Side Table 23.6"

Pure Sphere Teak Stump Outdoor Side Table 23.6"

The Pure Sphere Teak Stump Side Table transforms solid teak root into a bold, sculptural accent defined by organic form and natural variation. Handcrafted from sustainably sourced Indonesian teak roots, each piece is individually selected for its distinctive grain, root structure, and character, creating a robust spherical silhouette that is inherently one of a kind. Its substantial proportions and raw material expression make it especially fitting for Wabi Sabi, organic modern, and contemporary outdoor environments.

Design / Use Context

The Pure Sphere Teak Stump Side Table is particularly suited to garden retreats, spacious patios, poolside lounges, resort landscapes, and hospitality settings where a substantial natural element can serve as both a functional surface and sculptural focal point. Its 23.6-inch rounded profile gives it greater visual presence than the smaller Pure stump tables, making it especially effective beside generously scaled lounge chairs, sofas, and sectional arrangements or as a standalone accent within an organic landscape. In Wabi Sabi and organic modern environments, its irregular root structure, grain variation, natural weathering, movement, and cracking contribute to an evolving character that celebrates the material rather than concealing it. In humid or moisture-prone environments, proper airflow is important; Harbour recommends periodically removing protective covers during extended periods of non-use to allow trapped moisture and humidity to dissipate.

Special Considerations

"Gray Teak" is solid teak wood finished with a solution that expedites the aging process of teak to a natural silver tone. Over time, the natural weathering of Gray Teak will cause its appearance to change in color and texture, with possible marks and cracks. By ordering Gray Teak, you accept these characteristics and agree that no claim will be approved regarding the natural aging process of teak or the special color qualities associated with the Gray Teak finish. Special care should be taken to protect this natural finish.
