• 7-day return policy for defective rugs.
• 4-day claim period for shortages or missing items.
• A 20% restocking fee applies to returns of non-defective rugs.
• Returns are not accepted for pillows, throws, poufs, wall art, or 18" × 18" rug samples.
• Inspect all shipments upon delivery and report any shipping damage directly to the carrier.
